民宿靠近哲思頓碼頭，步行可到達，樓下有便利店和餐廳，打車也很方便，房東特別熱情，任何問題都回應超快，還給了很詳細的遊玩指南，房間風景很棒，各種設施也很全，無邊泳池看夕陽很美

老闆服務態度很好，非常不錯的一次住宿體驗。7樓游泳池風景不錯，可以拍到飛機日落海島同框，還可以躺在躺椅純粹的放空自己。樓下一圈吃的，還有自助洗衣房和24小時便利店，最重要的是離哲思頓碼頭很近👍，步行5分鐘就到了。

三個朋友一起出來玩，這個套房裡有兩個單獨的房間，住起來非常方便。位置很好，步行到哲斯頓碼頭3分鐘左右，走到加雅街大概8-10分鐘，出行非常方便。
房間很乾凈，景色和設施都很好，家電傢俱都是很好的牌子，隔音也很不錯。房東那邊也是非常細心好説話的，再來的話還會住的！

設施：該有都有，吹風機掛燙機冰箱微波爐都有，我們還在房間煮了火雞麪很方便。唯一就是覺得淋浴🚿的熱水不是很燙，總感覺是温的。
衞生：民宿算比較新的，別總挑過細的毛病，衞生還是很好的。
環境：樓下就是打車點（有附圖片），超級方便👍。距離碼頭很近，在房間都看到來回的船出海🚢。
服務：店家很熱情，有問必答，貼心。店家整理了這邊的吃喝玩樂很詳細，對於入住的很多訊息店家都會提前告知。比如週五週六加雅街夜市，週日上午早市，店家都有貼心提醒告知我們。
大家不要在民宿樓下吃飯，因為都很難吃！！！任何一家都不要，而且還很貴！打車出去加雅街那邊吃都行！
最後我想説，在國外肯定是和國內有很多不一樣的，這家是屬於民宿公寓型，定一間雙卧住個四五個人算是很有性價比的了。現在國內是太捲了，不能做對比，客觀看待，相互之間多點包容吧。華人友好民宿，入住也沒有收按金的。
我們在那邊玩的幾天亞庇天氣多變，每天上午晴天，下午四點開始準時下雨，但是雨後有時候也有日落。

樓下都是飯店（本廣州人親測！馬來西亞的米是不一樣的！！不管炒粉還是粥！如果想吃粥的可以吃樓下那家有點心的外觀是日料店 真的很好。地理位置可以算是亞庇的中心點 房型基本和圖片一樣 窗户看出去的海非常藍
有時間要多去追日落 天天不同樣哈哈哈
