The room furnishings were a little dated however the whole vibe of the hotel resort made up for it 😊 We had good in-room dining food and a good spa experience at Chi, The Spa. Only unfortunate thing was we didn’t catch Sabah’s magnificent sunsets from our sea-facing room balcony on both evenings due to the rainy weather - guess we’ll be back! 😅

On of the best hotel in KK! From front desk to housekeeping, it was such a great experience! Include your breakfast package if you decided to stay here! You won’t regret it! Spread of selection for you, noodles, rice, sushi, you name it! Definitely worth it! The scenery and view from the hotel room was breathtaking. You’re able to see Mt Kinabalu (if it’s not raining!). Sky is super bright by 5:45-6am, be sure to catch the sunrise ! Overall, no regret choosing this hotel for my 5D4N trip! 😊😊👍🏻👍🏻

The Shangrila Hotel is a very beautiful view hotel, just beside the beach and can spot the beautiful sea view. Any angel of the view of the hotel is nice for photos shooting, easy to catch a nice photo. Suitable for beach lover and sunset lover.
