設施：設施比較舊了，但總體保養的還可以，比較乾淨的。
環境：海景房晚上睡覺聽着海風入睡，太愜意了，房間內有免費的咖啡喝，但沒有免費的礦泉水。酒店海灘看日落地理位置很好，值得住一晚。
服務：服務不夠專業，入住之後，工作人員門都不敲就進來了，搞不懂了，這還能是五星級。

I recently stayed at this hotel with my wife and child for our vacation, and we had a truly enjoyable experience. Although the weather during our stay was mostly rainy and we only managed to spend one day at the water park and swimming pool, the hotel’s facilities more than made up for it.
Our child especially loved the indoor kids’ playground, which kept him entertained throughout the trip. The buffet breakfast was another highlight — delicious, with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone.
The hotel staff were all very friendly, attentive, and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant.
Overall, despite the weather, we had a wonderful and satisfying stay. Highly recommended for families!

Very satisfying stay with my family , due to low season, we’ve been checking in by the reception at 10am , we spent more time there mostly with the facilities. Breakfast is superb with many varieties of cuisine. Will come back again soon !

I’ve always loved everything about Shangri-La — not
really sure how many times I’ve been here already! Maybe 8-9th time like that
This time, I was pleasantly surprised when my room was upgraded from tg pool view to sea view. ************* 🌅 Room 231 had such a stunning view — absolutely beautiful!
The only thing that could be improved would be the breakfast. There were plenty of options, which is great, but the taste wasn’t quite the same this time. The kuey teow was a bit bland, the beef strips were really salty, and the hash browns weren’t as crispy as they used to be.
Hopefully Shangri-La can bring back the usual delicious taste that we all love

The facilities were awesome and the service was amazing! There are no negative reviews about this hotel! When you arrived you get to bang the gong. The room was amazing and the sunset was beautiful!The food was amazing and the beach was too.

The room furnishings were a little dated however the whole vibe of the hotel resort made up for it 😊 We had good in-room dining food and a good spa experience at Chi, The Spa. Only unfortunate thing was we didn’t catch Sabah’s magnificent sunsets from our sea-facing room balcony on both evenings due to the rainy weather - guess we’ll be back! 😅
