Location was great, being next to KLCC. Service was impeccable and I truly felt like I was in a luxurious hotel. All the service staff were amazing. Amenities given were complete and of quality, including the bedroom slippers and bathrobe! There was turndown service and housekeeping even gave me extra notepad when they noticed I’ve used quite a few pages of the notepad. I love their attention to detail.
Buffet breakfast was average - lots of carbs and lacking in meat and veg, but is still considered comprehensive.
Tower room view was of the bottom half of the twin towers even though we were already at level 27 due to height difference. Unable to see the full tower view unless we stand at the window!

I had high expectations of this hotel. Lo and behold, I was quite appalled by the condition of the hotel particularly the shower stall. The showerhead condition was disgusting to say the least. I believe photo speaks a thousand word.
Even the shower lever was covered with plasters just to keep it intact. Amenities are also very dated.
I didn’t expect such a reputable hotel in such condition. Will I stay again? It might take a lot of convincing to do so.

Overall the stay is great; may be the breakfast buffet needs to alter a bit and not serve similar food for the last 4 days we were there.

All the services is wonderfull, services in the poolside area was great, just need to improve on food at buffet breakfast and dinner Its look like behind feom the others hotel around. Overall It was good place to stay. Shout out to team member on the entrance. They are wonderfull

Very cosy, very modern, very clean and spacious room, very comfortable bed and pillow, very high class hotel, the environment view is superb and excellent, able to see the twin towers and lots of greenery, very relaxed place for holiday, also it is convenient to drive around and shopping in KL sentral, no problem parking, and the staff are extremely thoughtful and friendly, the food/drinks and breakfast here are very delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The check-in and check-out was super fast and efficient. Breakfast spread is good and the juices are fresh. The amenities also pleasant and very privacy. Have a great time and for sure will come back again.

從check in開始就被區別對待，設施非常老舊 ，被子破的完全不符合老牌五星的細節！空調風很大 要不就是讓我們關了，另一間房一股濃烈的中東人香水味，從服務到細節都非常失望！

酒店真的很贊，很有老錢風，風景很好出入很方便，晚上拉上床簾睡的很舒服，服務態度很好很熱情，特別表揚一下每天收拾房間的工作人員，很認真很仔細每天都把房間收拾的很好見到我們也很熱情，連我床頭的充電線都給我卷好，真的很好很棒，門口的服務員看到我們退房拉着行李，立馬幫們寄存然後帶我去辦理退房，往後有機會再來吉隆坡還會選擇繼續入住文華東方酒店👍
