Stayed for 2 nights. Lovely room, good size, amenities in the room were great, the shower gel smelt amazing.
Pool was a good size with slide, jumping platform and jacuzzi.
The breakfast was one of the best I have had during a stay anywhere, great selection and staff.
If in KL and using KL Sentral this is the place to stay. Such easy access to the MRT and shops.

I went to leave my luggage early in the morning, and the front desk staff were very helpful, asking the housekeeping staff to prepare my room as soon as possible so I could check in early at noon. This was a very pleasant experience. The room facilities, internet signal, swimming pool, gym, and sauna were all very complete. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel. Spotless rooms, comfy beds,friendly staff, fine food and a lovely outdoor pool area.
This hotel is situated right by KLSentral station which is accessed directly from the premises. It affords brilliant access to the whole of the city and surrounding areas via underground, monorail and conventional rail lines.

The location of the hotel is strategic. It is connected to KL Sentral where we literally didn’t have to expose to the hot weather outside after disembarking from our KLIA express train.

本次暑期的大馬行 選擇了中央車站的艾美酒店 真是個超級正確的決定 t2機場快線直達中央車站（中途就停一站t1 用時半小時左右）超級方便 到達之後按照指示標直通酒店 不用露天防雨防曬 大堂服務很好 入住函寫的需要到店付款税款和按金 但前台亞裔小姐姐説信用很好 就不再收費了 下午三點入住 可以先行李寄存 房間收拾好後自動給我們送上去 這個酒店的位置實在是太讚了 地鐵超級方便 出行順暢 還能直通Nu Sentral商場 裏面好吃的很多 超級方便 屋內整體乾淨舒適 服務員小哥哥每天都會問好和打掃衞生 18層的窗景也不錯 美中不足的就是廁所太小了 衞浴是整體 中間隔開了 但馬桶對牆且空間狹小 有點兒憋屈 但整體性價比超好 非常滿意的體驗
