環境很美，裝修很高級有質感，房間很大很乾凈，配套設施很成熟，有停車場、有4個餐廳，在酒店吃了2頓，味道也不錯，服務很好很專業，和恆隆廣場連通的，去逛街吃飯都很方便，有機會來昆明會再次入住

Had a perfect stay at Grand Hyatt Kunming. The service was impeccable. Sami was very friendly and helpful and she was always ready to go above and beyond. She even gave us complimentary breakfast at the hotel cafe on the last day. Would definitely come back again if I am ever in Kunming

位置交通：位置還可以，但是車輛進出不太方便，那邊有一個單行線，要逆行調頭房間設施：怎麼説呢，有些華而不實。淋浴間的設計比較失望，浴缸很小。下水也出了故障。整個過道光線很暗，眼晴不好的像進入了古墓迷宮一樣性價比：綜上所述，性價比不推薦

房間硬件措施非常好，地理位置昆明核心地帶，旁邊恆隆，金格等多個商場林立，房間衞生打掃的很到位，早餐是亮點，種類不算繁多，但是出品水準，已經超出了洲際、文華等不足的地方，房間新裝修還是有些許味道，配上凈化器會更好最後着重表揚下Emily，從入住開始就就提供各種周到服務，也是我願意給全部五星的原因所在，一個好的管家是加分所在
