Terrible hospitality for a 5star hotel and such a famous brand. We have been kicked out from the restaurant from the restaurant manager ****************, who has been lying to us at 20:40hrs saying that restaurant doesn’t serve à la carte food. After another staff stated differently, they let us accommodate, order the food and again they came to us saying: “the food is not available, you can have room service”. She probably was too tired to work at that time. She was shouting to her staff in the middle of the restaurant in front of the guests and when we asked to talk to her, she never faced us. Additionally, luggage pick up upon check out was late and we had to ask for it three times. Rooms are a bit old but they have the necessary comforts. The service is just worst than a homestay. We had a beer while we were waiting for our food which never arrived, and they even couldn’t make the gesture to wave that from the final bill. Please don’t go.
