The customer service at this resort was excellent. Understandably the staff didn’t speak much English, but they went above and beyond in every way they could to make our stay comfortable. The food being served at the Cantonese restaurant was outstanding.

The swimming pool is a great fun.. Perfect place for a short holiday. What impressed me the most is the cleaning lady. I hang my daughter’s swimming clothes at the balcony and couldn’t find it. I called to check if it fell to the room downstairs. The cleaning lady came to help.. when she finished work.. she dropped by to check:. And when she realized that I still couldn’t find it. She immediately asked for my daughter’s size and ordered for me.. when she delivered... I gave her money.. but she left it on the table. I didn’t see her again. she was so kind.

Every visit to this hot springs hotel is a wonderful choice! Came this time with a group of 3 other ladies and we had a great time! The food is varied and delicious, the hot springs were therapeutic and wonderful, and the room was excellent. The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially patient with my poor Chinese. 🤭 definitely recommend!

Wonderful water play area for kids. It was great fun for my son and the room is of a good size. One small problem is the hotel is v strict about children’s visas so once we overcame that obstacle we had an amazing time but actually showed his uk travel visa which I luckily had from a previous trip but usually I would not have had this. So recommend to bring copies of their birth certificate.

We had a very good time in this hotel! 1) the room was nice: comfortable bed, nice balcony, shower and bathtub 2) breakfast was good, mainly Chinese but tasty (we missed some cheese) and it was not crowded, it was very clean and organized 3) staff were polite although we always had to use apps to communicate which created sometimes misunderstandings 4) pool was nice, with a hot water pool and slides so lots of fun for a toddler 5) playground for a 2yo was small but considering that there was a pool also, my son had fun Overall we like it a lot and considering the price, it’s was a good choice
