A very good hotel. Checking in was a breeze by a bespectacled smiley young man (I think his name is Li) and a pretty young lady whom I didn’t get her name.
Service is great from Zoey and Eva. Zoey added me on WeChat immediately upon check-in and asked me to contact her for any needs. She is very helpful and kind.
Eva sent us off and helped us with our luggages when we were leaving for the airport.
The unlimited hot spring usage is truly amazing. All in all, a remarkable experience.
The only area for improvement that I can think of is probably the breakfast in terms of taste, variety and speed of replenishing the food. Waiters, waitresses and the cooks (especially the auntie at both the noodles and egg stations) were awesome though.

本來説閑着無聊來昆明泡温泉，偶然搜到這家，結果倆人的温泉票和一晚酒店價格差不多，就定了，酒店很大，設施也齊全，前台服務非常周到，入住遇到的問題也是有求必應馬上派人來解決，温泉那邊場地也很大，設施都是齊全的，工作人員服務也好，早餐還可以，希望增加冷牛奶，然後希望增加機器人送餐，不然拿外賣有點麻煩，等暑假過了再來一次，暑假人太多了

外部裝修做得很精緻，法式城堡的風格，是個出片的好地方，拍照發朋友圈也很有面子。房間內部也是一樣的高雅漂亮，乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，非常舒服。
工作人員的服務態度也好，有求必應，跟客人講話都是輕聲細語的。主動幫忙升級房型還推薦周邊美食、景區。下次還要來！

億豪城堡温德姆至尊前台經理milla小姐姐服務很nasi，送早餐送温泉送水果，淡季來會更好，暑期人還是太多了，超大温泉泳池大游泳兩個500米，養生人在艾草和苗葯池裡泡到流汗
