老牌五星酒店園林景觀很棒，服務體驗整體體驗感非常滿意，酒店的管家非常用心
設施：老牌五星，雖然設施不太新，但是園林景觀各方面讓人感覺非常的舒服，與大自然在一起的感覺，離滇池也很近，位置很不錯
衞生：衞生很不錯，除了商務接待早餐人多，跟服務人員反饋也及時響應，處理迅速，體現了酒店對客户的重視，管家也是非常用心的在搞好服務～
環境：沒得説 酒店非常大，我們入住下雨了，但感覺不出酒店都可以玩一天那種，那種早晨醒來就是滿眼的綠色讓人心情棒棒噠
服務：服務團隊點個贊！還贈送了旅拍也拍的很棒，選了很多照片，特別表揚管家，無論什麼問題都很快速的處理，餐廳的餐食和下午茶🫖也very nice，超級滿意

剛進房間就發現房間沒有打掃乾淨，都還有頭髮在洗護用品上，隨即叫管家在我們不在房間的時候打掃一下，當天傍晚送水果的時候沒打掃，隔天下午❗️還是沒有打掃，回房間一股無名火就起來了，這裏的服務看似給你很多選擇很貼心，實則都是嘴上好聽事情解決的都不到位，送個餐刀40min起步
更無語的是：訂了兩個晚上的行政房間，給了一間房朝向西北的，一整天一點太陽都曬不到，沙發就有一股黴味，陽台景觀為小區景，看不到滇池更看不到太陽😑提出要換房，唯一可換的房間還是一間可吸煙房，整整處理了四個小時進去煙味還是很重，我們本來訂的是無煙房結果衹能換可吸煙房別無其他選擇，到底當顧客是**❔看似給你了選擇實則架着你在火上烤😅我不接受好像顯得我很挑剔似的，洲際的服務就是這種理念嗎？
唯一好的點大概就是這個酒店當初建設的時候很大氣，綠化也很不錯，配上這種服務真的是沒招了，中餐廳出品不錯，值得嘗試✔️

昆明洲際酒店的服務真的太戳心了！還沒抵達昆明，酒店工作人員就主動添加了我的微信，全程貼心又周到——提前詢問我的抵達時間，耐心推薦機場到酒店的最優交通方式，還細緻分享了昆明近期的天氣情況和穿搭建議，讓我提前做好出行準備；後續我諮詢滇池、海埂大壩的遊玩路線時，工作人員也秒速響應、解答詳盡，未見面就感受到滿滿的誠意。入住後在長街西餐廳吃的自助早餐更是超出預期，餐品種類特別豐富，不僅有中式的米線、蒸點，西式的麪包、現做蛋卷，還有新鮮水果和多款甜品，連雲南本地特色小吃都能吃到，補菜也特別及時，完全不會有空盤的情況。餐廳環境寬敞舒適，工作人員會主動幫忙引導座位、詢問需求，服務周到又不打擾，不管是出發前的貼心溝通，還是早餐的美味與優質服務，都讓這次昆明之行的體驗感直接拉滿！
