This was an excellent stay. The hotel provided every service we needed and the front desk staff, especially Chloe and the manager Bruce, were so helpful and gracious with any questions or requests. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food that satisfied everyone of my party of 7’s needs. Will stay again!

What tops the list for me is the friendly staff.They go out of their way to help.I would like to specifically mention front desk manager Mr Bruce, who tried his best to get some vegetarian food at odd times. He even came with me to restaurant leaving his front deak to find an option.That's something beyond my expectation. Room is very clean.Restaurant is pretty good with several options for breakfast. In my room, AC effect was not good.They immediately try to rectify and also offered fan in the room. I am sure will stay in this hotel whenever I come to Kunshan.

Great stay. Very good location with a mall right behind the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only area of improvement would be the doorman services on the first day we arrived. This is the first time at a luxury hotel which I’ve stayed in that when we arrived the doorman made no effort to open the taxi door or help us with our luggage. However it was probably a once off incident as for the rest of our stay there the staff have all been amazing and helpful.

My stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was definitely the food – delicious, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The hotel’s location is ideal wonderfully peaceful. I left with great memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!
