I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tokinoniwa Onsen Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a sense of tranquility and luxury that defines a perfect Japanese ryokan stay.
The hotel effortlessly blends traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern comforts. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, ensuring every aspect of the stay was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the hospitality throughout my visit was outstanding.
The tatami-style room was beautifully designed, offering both elegance and comfort. The highlight was the private open-air onsen on the balcony, where I could soak in the natural hot spring water while enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The serene ambiance made it a truly rejuvenating experience.

Their crew was not give delicate service and communicate for customer. also their provide Onsen uniform is seriously shortage for our customer and from inside the room accessories is so old and the sink drainage is not repair always dropping the water. But all the environmental and traffic services was good. Hope their improve.

Amazing ryokan to stay for a night in Kusatsu Onsen. Staff were all friendly and welcoming, and were
helpful in explaining the ryokan’s facilities in English.
Both breakfast and dinners are must-have experiences with this ryokan’s stay. The spread was delightful, and the produce used was fresh and delicious.
The 3 private baths available were each unique and relaxing in the cold spring weather.

雖然有點偏，但真的是我在日本最滿意的温泉酒店之一了，服務很周到，房間裏的風呂很方便，私湯預約也很方便，還有大的庭院可以看。
去草津温泉和輕井澤車站都有巴士，一定要提前預訂輕井澤的忘返接送，可以讓攜程幫忙。

到達季之庭後，工作人員直接幫我們把行李拉到酒店了，進門有工作人員一對一幫忙登記、講解，雖然英語比較蹩腳，但是基本懂得意思，我們比入住時間早到了一些，但是還是直接讓我們check-in了。服務做的很到位。

The location - you can't complaint. We drive there so it is not a problem. The onsen is very classic, old school type but also support young kids for onsen bath. This one is amazing. The bath is really good. We enjoyed a lot.

A very amazing stay for couples and families, on top of public hot springs and baths, there are private hot springs in your own room and outdoor private ones that you can use on first come first serve basis.
The shuttle bus made it very accessible and easy to commute from the hot spring town, just make sure to check their timetable prior and figure out where to take the bus in advance.
