皮草感覺一般般乾淨，睡着皮膚有點癢起小疹子。環境還不錯，有山有水。這幾天極光爆發還看到極光了，設施也還行，有玩的娛樂設施，熱spa泡澡的地方挺小，在户外，秋天感覺很冷。划船感覺也挺危險，sup和小船是免費的，但是太冷了。早餐收費30一位也🉑單點

Le service est super, l'hôtel magnifique et la vue sur le Lac de toute beauté. La chambre est d'une grandeur parfaite avec un beau balcon. La seule chose qui me dérange et je crois que maintenant c'est comme ça dans tout les hôtels, l'heure d'arrivée est pour 16h. Ce qui ne donne pas 24h de location pour la chambre mais le tarifs est le même.

Great locations and amenities (gym, game room, pool, kayak, …)
Terrible service and restaurant.
Seems horribly understaffed with seasonal workers that have no idea what proper hospitality service is or should look like.

Comfy bed, great dining experiences. Nice big balcony, very spacious and modern room with tons of storage room. We did ask for a bedside light to be fixed twice, and it never was. Not a big deal, but still somewhat disappointing. Nice gym facilities, and gorgeous beach area with kayaks.

The room is spacious. We booked suite with lake view but got one with blocked partial view. The TV does not setup with casting.
