房間佈局合理，陽台很大，開門那一瞬間有種在東南亞的錯覺。酒店活動安排得豐富有趣。酒店餐廳做的當地菜非常好吃，長者小孩都讚不絕口，住店兩晚用餐兩次。手動點個大讚。👍

位於瀾滄縣景邁山腳下，茶是這間柏聯的主題，空氣清新，環境安靜，瀾滄機場最近，從西雙版納或普洱機場也可方便抵達。感謝酒店工作人員的周到細緻接待。

作為敢收房價5000一晚的自稱“奢華”酒店，非常差勁！氣得我第二天就提前退房走人了！奉勸各位酒店愛好者，如果是想體驗奢華酒店，千萬不要選擇這家。
我訂了三間房（一晚上房價合計13000左右），一個房間的電動窗簾是壞的，一個房間的智能馬桶沖水功能故障、漱口杯有多處破損。更離譜的是，我們下午四五點去泳池準備游泳，發現泳池裡的水很臟，有各種異物，階梯上居然有大量青苔！而泳池邊的休息區躺椅沒有墊子，沒有浴巾，沒有水，椅子破損。簡直不敢相信這就是房間3000起步的“奢華”酒店！我向大堂經理投訴，結果是酒店會盡快清理，第二天可以把泳池處理好，我都快氣樂了！然後大堂經理告訴非常抱歉，領導特別批准贈送我一頓晚飯或者一次SPA😂😂我很缺你這頓飯嗎？！我直接拒絕，然後打電話給攜程投訴，是攜程協商出一個首晚房費八折的處理結果。我衹能説，這個酒店的領導層根本不配經營奢華酒店，他們甚至不懂奢華酒店的客羣是什麼樣的需求，低級之極！我明確告訴攜程不接受酒店的處理結果，攜程又溝通到晚上十點，最後酒店不讓步，攜程自己給了我一些補償。我第二天，哪怕是臨時找不到其它好的酒店，也直接退房離開，實在不想在這個愚蠢的酒店當冤大頭！
我想説的是，不是把房價定得高高的，就可以自我標榜為奢華酒店，沒有追求細節的管理和服務，衹是山寨而已。去年五一去的是廣西崇左麗世，對比之下，完全碾壓這家柏聯。
