Resort was very nice and accommodating!!! They were able to answer questions, tidy room when needed and overall nice facilities. There are two great restaurants across the street that is convenient and reasonably priced vs hotel restaurant prices and you can use a grab to get around or even grab to deliver food (they deliver it to the residences across the hotel which is where the gym is). Chocolate hour was free and a nice break. Beach is private and cant walk along it to more of the main beach area so it’s quieter.

I would definitely recommend the hotel; it was very well located. All the staff from different areas were amazingly kind to us, and they helped us with everything, making our stay easier and simpler. We were also there when the earthquake happened and all the stuff was very well prepared to calm down everybody and did their out most to make us feel safe. The food was also very good. Whole family had a great time there.

The hotel was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good too. The ocean view of the room was also really cool.

Nice somewhat dated hotel. 3-4 star level.
Its attractiveness is based exclusively on the foyer, the shared spaces at the lobby level (including the artificially created beach) and great service. Spectacular view from the large and airy foyer with plenty of spots to sit down and enjoy a cocktail with view. Huge/ opulent exercise area located in an adjacent condo building.
The food available is excellent, but the choice too limited for a “luxury hotel” and totally overpriced. Hard to understand as there are nice eateries within walking distance. I guess they just don’t have the view…
Rooms ARE functional, but dated and 3 star level at best. While colors are fresh and cool, the furniture is old and has recently been hand painted in white (!) so, surfaces are even still a bit sticky…!
Bottom line: great for a short visit or just a cocktail enjoying the view.
