I’m very impressed with the service from all the staff . All of the staff are very helpful friendly n customer orientated the owner had really trained their staff well. I had 3 elderly travelling with me and I fretted for not packing lighter bags as I figured from reviews there were many steps to the hotel. However when I communicate with the hotel , they kindly had 2 young butler to meet us at the ticket booth at the scenic entrance. They assisted with the ticket purchase ,recommended places to eat n helped me booked the ticket to watch the cultural show . They helped us carry our luggage’s to the bus and also carried to the hotel. I am so glad. The hotel maybe a little taxing for elderly as steps are quite many , but I assure the view is one of the best n the rooms we booked were very nicely decorated n really comfortable. Highly recommended

1.地理位置特別好，陽台上觀景絕了，打開窗户就能看全景；
2.管家服務好貼心。第一次來苗寨，如果沒有管家接送已迷路；
3.早上有早餐牛腩粉 咖啡，下午有下午茶蛋糕，晚上還有甜湯。在陽台上環境吃美滋滋。
4.橘長隨便擼 好可愛
住這家酒店讓苗寨之行休息的特別好，體驗上升好多，如果再來苗寨一定還住

景觀出色，可俯瞰苗寨全景。房間設施在民宿中屬於上乘，房間有贈送軟飲料和休閑食品。
服務可圈可點，管家會提前加微信，負責到檢票口迎接並主動拿行李及介紹遊覽路線，日常響應也十分及時。

住過很多大大小小的民宿或酒店，但是七封信真的是很温暖也很有品質的一家民宿。
抵達千户前管家阿穆就詢問我們到達時間，抵達後就來景區檢票口迎接我們，箱子行李全部都幫我們拿，這對於奔波一天的我們實在是太幸福啦！
民宿的設計我很喜歡、洗簌用品、喝的也都是品牌產品，還有歡迎果盤、早餐擺盤也是用心設計過的，隔音效果也很好，特別適合想來休息放鬆的朋友。
當然，當初決定入住七封信是因為它的觀景陽台，一點都沒讓我失望，在酒店的陽台拍比在景區拍還出片，也無需人擠人～
最後，感謝管家阿穆在我們短暫入住的照顧，讓我們感覺很舒心，從未在平台上那麼認真的評論，下次有機會再去千户，還是會一如既往選擇七封信～

親子出行 酒店貼心的升級了親子房間。酒店的風景真的很美很舒服！每一位工作人員都認真又負責，特別是管家阿穆和小帥。退房時還送了小朋友扎染小兔子～雖然酒店位置不好走 但也算是得到了一場難忘又特別的體驗。

我認為是千户苗寨裏最好的一家民宿了，無論從細節到服務，讓你感受到就是五星的服務，從管家到前台每個人都很熱情周到，再説説他家的無敵觀景台簡直美翻了，在觀景台坐着你可以享受不一樣的體驗，從下午茶到晚飯，再來杯微醺的雞尾酒再加上清晨的早餐，一切美景盡收眼底。房間的露台美景更是美不勝收，推薦喜歡觀景的小夥伴，一定不能錯過。
