Almost In two minds about whether to write this review as I don’t want people too many people to know about this gem of a place! It is a perfect oasis of calm: luxury, beautifully styled apartments with everything you could need in a lovely setting, delightful pool and fantastic location. We stayed in a 2 bed superior apartment which was spacious for 4 (2 adults + 2 teens). The beds were comfy and the kitchen v well equipped with top quality Neff appliances and much needed A/C. The pool was lovely and never busy. There’s also plenty of grassy space for kids to play if they wanted. Towels are supplied, there is a free communal laundry to use if needed and also free water refills.One of the most charming things about this place is the kitchen garden teeming with tomatoes, herbs, citrus fruits and figs etc that you can help yourself to whenever you like. Gianpaulo the owner is the sweetest, most hardworking man who tends the garden, makes his own olive oil and is also a fantastic chef (highly recommend going to his Picanha night at sister Hotel Limone held every Saturday during the summer). The supermarket is literally just across the road accessed via an underpass and it’s max 5 mins walk to the centre of Limone. The ferry to Malcesine (recommend for trip up Monte Baldo) leaves basically at the bottom of the steps. We can’t wait to go back!

Nothing less than absolutely “special” 1. Location - you feel you are in touch with nature with both Lake and Mountain View and only a few short steps away from beautiful Limone Sul Garda- despite being a popular tourist destination it still feels authentic with a strong community spirit and everyone is friendly and helpful. 2. Gorgeous accommodation with everything you need - well kept grounds (because of the owners hard work) and very classy with beautiful finishes including a pool with a view of tranquillity and a sauna which is a nice touch, lots of open space and privacy. 3. The personal feel of home from home due to the attentiveness of the owner and his manager who are both kind efficient and responsive - we felt so very welcome. A wonderful family run business. 4. There is something so special in every way you will be sure to want to return … my favourite place ever ! Thank you Thank you Thank you - we are so grateful for our experience 🥰
