loft房型適合親子家庭，樓上樓下2張大床。裝修設計簡潔低奢，公共區域都是出片聖地。背靠巾山，窗外就是梅樹，陽台就能看見千佛塔，賓館就在赤誠路，離紫陽街一步之遙，走到古城牆也就三五分鐘，非常便捷。打車去東湖、人民路海鮮也就八九塊錢。

地理位置真的絕了，預訂之前沒想到酒店位於古城牆內，晚上出門即可上城牆看看夜景，非常方便。
服務很好。客服提前會聯繫，酒店有免費停車，停車場直達酒店。房間內有歡迎水果，酒店大堂也有小零食和茶水。晚上提供了牛奶桃膠作為晚安甜品，很好喝。房內冰櫃裏的飲料也是完全免費的。早餐也還不錯，中式早餐也有西式的麪包可以自取，咖啡還不錯。然後回到酒店每次碰到員工小姐姐們都會很熱情打招呼。
房間空間不算大，好在是Loft户型層高高不壓抑。但是二樓的空調噪音非常大，大到是無法入睡的那種。還有其實窗外看出去基本都是綠樹成蔭，某些特定角度可以看到旁邊的古塔，私密性是比較好，但總覺得看出去風景不夠美。還有就是洗手間的空間不是很大，也沒有做洗漱台可以放化粧包和洗漱用品，空間很侷促。電視機也是比較老舊的，其實這麼大一個樓梯背後的空間可以做個投影之類的，躺在床上看電視有點累。
有一點不足的就是管家提前和我們確認過是3個成人入住，我們大概晚上7點到的，但是屋內完全沒做3個成人的佈置，二樓的床也沒有鋪，所有洗漱和毛巾用品都是2人的。就明顯沒有準備過。所以就衹能喊前台臨時再過來佈置。
整體我覺得應該是台州古城牆附近最好最有設計感的酒店了，價位也擺在這邊。可以體驗一下。

民宿位置在紫陽街核心區，自駕可直接到停車場後電梯上酒店，打車距離臨海站半小時，距離龍興寺和府城興善門步行5分鐘即可到達，十分便捷省力。
預訂成功後，老闆娘會微信聯繫，發送位置和注意事項，入住全程都會給到給實用的旅行建議！民宿環境幽靜，有茶室和大堂吧，累了回酒店會給客人沖泡咖啡和紅茶及小點心，這點真的貼心！房間打掃的特別乾淨整潔，床品舒適，枕頭也是分區的護頸枕。晚安甜湯和早餐都會提前溝通，推薦民宿的咖啡！下次來臨海，還會選擇入住羽山集，賓至如歸的體驗，祝老闆生意興隆！
