地理位置優越，接待，衞生，服務都很好，除了房間略小。出門轉轉很方便，樓下就是法國小牛肉，最好提前預約。酒店內甜品店也很美味，都沒有很甜，值得一試。早餐是點單式的，也很豐富。住上兩天可以節省不少體。

Absolutely world class hotel and most welcoming staff in a stunning, vibrant city. I usually dont write reviews but Bairro Alto Hotel deserves a raving one for sure. We stayed here to kickoff and end our summer vacation in portugal. Beautiful Building and very friendly staff. Attention to detail is second to none. The rooftop bar is amazing and the Restaurant has a terrace with stunning views of Lisbon, the river and the bridge / cristo statue. Guest relations were so attentive and friendly. Rafa is an amazing person. Thank you!! We‘ll be back for sure.

Very nice boutique hotel situated in a great location. Walking distance to great restaurants. Staff very helpful in arranging dinner reservations. Breakfast is served on 6th floor open terrace that is covered. Breakfast is not a buffet but rather from a menu with many good choices. Room is nice with good climate controls. However, the bathroom is small. Only one person can be in it at one time. Would stay here again.

Amazing stay; fantastic staff; it rained a couple of days so we were able to make good use of the mezzanine and have tea/drinks and read. It was a lovely spot. The breakfast is wonderful, and we also had a lovely dinner in the restaurant. The room was large and we had a nice balcony. Could not hear outside noise. Would definitly stay here again.

The Bairro Alto hotel experience was excellent for my husband and me, and our friends. The staff there so kindly attended to all of our questions and requests, and offered excellent guidance for dining and/or sightseeing. A special thanks to Rafael, Miguel, and Paolo for handling our ever changing plans along with us. They are true gems in the name of service of this hotel. We also really enjoyed the location, walking to dinner every evening in the nearby vibrant area restaurants. A quick (downhill) walk towards the river and some shopping was very convenient. The breakfast, although not a traditional buffet, allows you to order many varied items from their morning menu. Eating outside on their beautiful veranda overlooking the city is a plus. I will recommend this beautiful boutique hotel most highly.
