The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and spotless. The staff were all superb. The terrace had amazing views and the breakfast delicious and healthy with a good choice of foods. We were delighted with our stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

Amazing hotel in the very center of Lisbon. Location is right in the middle of the Bairro Alto. Hotel is walking distance to vista points on the old town, trams and many restaurants nearby. Rooftop restaurant and bar is highly recommended for breakfast or to have a glass at sunset watching colors changing on the roofs of the old town. Unforgettable.

お部屋は落ちついた雰囲気で良かったです。バスタブ付きのお部屋を希望していて事前に、どのお部屋ならばバスタブ付きなのかを確認していたのに当日は空いていないと言うことでシャワーのみになってしまったのが残念でした。それ以外はとても良かったです。

리스본 주요 관광지를 웬만하면 모두 도보로 이용할 수 있고, 숙소 청결 상태나 컨디션 모두 최고입니다.
다만 루프탑바 조식이 숙소 결정에 큰 이유 중 하나였는데
백인 종업원은 굉장히 무례하고 불친절했습니다.
영어를 잘 하지 못하는데 무시하는 듯한 태도를 보였습니다.
다른 종업원들도 많았지만 모두 그와 같이 행동하지 않았고 친절했습니다.

My wife and I just spent four nights at the Lumiares. Although we have stayed at many hotels with outstanding service, we agree that the level of service and personal attention at the Lumiaries was the best we have ever experienced. All staff were super-friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. The room was terrific, and the view of Lisbon from the rooftop bar was special. The Bairro Alto neighborhood, within walking distance of all other neighborhoods, with great restaurants and fado music venues, is the best area to stay in Lisbon.
