Bed is too small、can’t even stretch my legs!
And the curtains was too thin, the sunlight can pass through, we was waked by the sunlight at 5AM.

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room is spacious and spotlessly clean. Food is excellent also with loads of choice at breakfast and a delicious 3 course meal in the evening. Very good conference facilities too and there were always plenty of staff more than willing to help with any issues. Thoroughly enjoyed my staff and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had the kings suite. Quite nice that in a large villa there is a shared space but you also have your own room or suite inside the villa. It was quiet and comfortable. The location in the Ezilwini valley is very beautiful and convenient if you have a car. Friendly personnel and a relatively good restaurant too. I tried the eggs Benedict for warm breakfast that was so so not the greatest but am confident that other warm breakfast options will be better. Overall I would recommend it.

Lovely stay
Always the go-to hotel when in Eswatini. The atmosphere is relaxing, staff very welcoming and food delicious (even if a bit too slow). The villas are lovely!

This property needs a lot of updates, brown water from the tap , leaking toilet.
Breakfast buffet was less than satisfactory, flies buzzing around the food!
The rooms are comfortable.

An excellent hotel in a great location. The villas are spacious, comfortable and neat. The cuisine was superb and the service was excellent. Beautiful gardens and pool area. The dining and lounge has a warm ambiance. Highly recommend a visit to the Royal Villas.

Great as always but this time they didn’t want to give me extra bred during dinner and when I proposed to pay they said they don’t sell bread, ridiculous. Then during breakfast there was no water, I asked and they charged me for it…
