We spent the night here to celebrate my 60th birthday. Upon checking in, we were advised that we had upgraded from our double room to a suite.... and very nice it was too! Even nicer was being presented with a birthday cake and two complimentary glasses of champagne to celebrate! Erin on reception was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Awesome, friendly staff. Joselito was great at the breakfast service each morning we were there! We came in 20 mins before closing, Slavena was able to seat us and get our orders quickly so we were able to enjoy our food before closing! Sakib was awesome each night we were there - superb service, very friendly and great conversations and recommendations for us during our stay in London. Try their fish & chips, they’re amazing!

From Erin at the front desk to our Bell Captain, Room Service and Bar drinks and food. I cannot say enough about the outstanding service with a smile. Everyone seemed to hold a sweet smile, professionalism and could not do enough. I Loved the Charm of this Hotel. It was clean and lovely.

We had an incredible experience at The Chesterfield. The staff was beyond accommodating and attentive. Jozsef and Mustafa specifically stood out to us— they were exceptional during our stay and really made us feel like we were at our home away from home. We will absolutely be back!

We had a Sweetshop High tea with our children to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Beautiful experience, lovely service by Jade and Tun, who were brilliant with our kids.

We stayed here for our wedding next door at Dartmouth House. The staff were all incredibly warm and accommodating, even leaving some flowers and a small congratulations gift for us on our wedding night. They all knew we were getting married next door and it was so lovely to be congratulated the next day. A true example of how you should feel when you stay at a hotel - the service is amazing. Thank you to the team for accommodating our guests at the bar, in our room to get ready and giving us an excellent breakfast to recover!!
