酒店的地理位置極佳（離knightbridge區域的購物區和各大公園很近），周邊環境和房間內的硬件很好，非常安靜，購物、交通很方便，相對附近每晚1000鎊以上的酒店極具性價比。服務人員都非常熱心，duty manager Ginni非常熱情、耐心地介紹酒店和房間的所有細節，我感覺就像回到了家。

此行去了法國西班牙英國，從西班牙過來之後的心情不知道誰懂，立刻覺得乾淨舒適了，這個酒店位置就在半島酒店斜對面，半島那邊面對公園的房間雖然景色好但是門前是條主路，每天車非常多估計會有點兒吵，但是往街裏一拐立刻特別安靜，每天很喜歡快到酒店時的這一段。
酒店一樓餐廳吃了兩次晚餐，都挺好吃的，附近有兩家餐廳是這次英國覺得最愛吃的餐廳，一家叫the lanesborough，一家叫la mome，都是在附近兩家五星級酒店一樓，特別推薦！
從酒店可以直接走到哈羅德，逛街也很方便，下次來還會選擇這裏。
我們住的是哈爾金房型，一家三口很合適。

房間環境和衞生沒得説，入住前前台服務也非常熱情，還給升級了suite的房型。
但入住過程中有兩個小插曲，一是浴缸漏水，正在泡澡過程中維修師傅就不得不進房來維修，但後面經理也表達了歉意；二是退房時説有minibar消費，結果最後發現是上一個客人的算我頭上了，然後還要單獨charge我service fee，被我拒絕了，雖然最後退回了我所有的按金，但我不太能接受這種錯誤和行為。
當然整體還是不錯的，下次來倫敦玩還是會選擇這家酒店
