A beautifully presented hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The attention to detail was amazing. Our only issue was that it took two requests for the television to be looked at.

Superb bed linen and top notch bathroom. Quirky theming and impressive mini bar....for those who are happy to pay for luxury it's great. Room was small but very well serviced and clean. TV is framed like an old master! Location is great for shopping, eating out and bars.

Oh my goodness! Where do I start?! This is our second stay, and from the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, and unbelievably thoughtful. The staff didn’t just make our stay comfortable...they made it memorable, and we can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond at every turn. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is extraordinary. From the beautifully designed spaces to the little touches tailored to guests, everything feels crafted with real heart. It’s rare to find a place where the atmosphere, the service, and the staff all come together so perfectly, but they absolutely nailed it. Once again, we left feeling genuinely spoiled. We’ve been telling everyone we know about this hotel, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay. Broadwick Soho is a true gem, and we can’t recommend it highly enough!

I stayed at the Broadwick Soho 2 nights and celebrated my birthday on the rooftop restaurant Flute. The facilities are uniquely beautiful. The staff makes this luxury hotel feel like home. Kevin was an excellent guide and his expertise in all things London made my stay effortless. His kindness humor and professionalism are unparalleled. He made sure everything was just as I wanted it to be. The entire team gives five star service with a smile. The rooms are stunning, kitschy and comfortable. And the hotel is filled with fine art that adds a sense of elegance to the experience. Comfy mattresses, beautiful views, soundproof rooms allow you to enjoy the heart of soho without the noise. The location is centrally located so you can walk to various locations with ease.
