If you’re actually hoping for great food and excellent service at an all inclusive, this place is a must. Extremely clean, fabulous food and service. Far exceeded our expectations - Abraham was very friendly and helpful and he made our stay extra enjoyable.

We were celbrating our annivesary and the concierge ( Elisa ) did an amazing thing for us every day in our room which included wines, food, rose petals, the works. The food at the resort was amazing, some of the best food we ever ate. The pools and views were the wow factor!! I would definately go back again.

The staff were wonderful. Astrid was our personal concierge and was so lovely. She very quickly made all reservations for us and arranged for cupcakes and balloons for our daughter’s birthday. The family suite was so perfect for our kids with lots of games and we definitely used the in-suite popcorn machine! All of the food was delicious - we enjoyed every restaurant that we dined at and there was plenty of variety at breakfast and lunch!

This was back in 2022. My first time in Los Cabos. Had a great experience. First time doing an all inclusive as well. Service was great and resort was amazingly beautiful.

The best all inclusive resort hands down. Will not disappoint! Been here 3 times now in the past 3 years. All the other all inclusive resorts on the list does not even compare to Grand Velas. Yes, you're paying a premium, but its completely worth it. This is the ONLY all-inclusive resort that actually has GOOD food. I've been to a few other supposedly "official 5-star" resorts (Not going to name them), but the food and service is not comparable at all. Even the #2 resort does not stand a chance against Grand Velas. I made a mistake of staying at one of the other "Top All-Inclusive Resorts" a few months ago. Their service and food was not even comparable. We were so upset at one point, we cancelled our last remaining nights there and booked the remaining nights at Grand Velas. Service and food is 5 stars. Super-friendly staff, and it's good to see the same faces every time I visit. Shows that Grand Velas takes care of their employees well. All the rooms are ocean facing which is very nice. Nice restaurants and their kids club is amazing! I'm going to stop here or else this review will be 10,000 words long. Book this place, you won't regret it. Been here with and without kids and also with parents, they loved it.

The service is impeccable. The staff anticipates your every need. The views, well, could stare at for hours on end. The place is also beautiful and spotless. Dreamy. Gianni was my concierge and he was awesome - friendly, fast, informative.
