Amazing experience, as usual. Greeted by Angel, our bell man, with his infectious smile for those arriving, was the start to our productive business trip to Cabo. The entire staff from Hector at the pool, to Christian our concierge, made our trip extraordinarily easy and delightful. Even the young lady that checked us out whose name unfortunately slipped my mind, was extremely helpful and efficient. Can’t wait to see the staff in the future.

Beautiful resort, but the pool is too cold and the hot tub was below body temperature so not hot enough and subsequently overrun with toddlers and used as a kiddie pool our whole stay. This has been an issue since the opened and we have all complained to the resort every stay, every year, yet get the same poor excuses that they are "working on it". I know it is possible to heat it to the correct temperature because one year it was perfect. The management needs to get this under control as the pool and hot tub are beautiful and the main attraction of the resort. Also, the "teen club" closed at 5pm our whole stay which served zero purpose and the teens had nothing to do all evening.

This resort was an absolutely wonderful escape! The service was impeccable, with staff always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was beautifully appointed and offered stunning views of the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food at all the restaurants. We highly recommend this place for a truly relaxing and memorable vacation!

We have been coming to Solaz since it opened. The resort is so beautiful and the rooms are very spacious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. One of the highlights was the Mako restaurant prepared the fish we caught for us and it was our best meal of the week. We will be returning as soon!

What can I say about the Solaz other than the fact that it is simply amazing. We had the perfect weather. Staff was amazing right from checking in to check out. We definitely hope to be able to go back someday. It has the perfect location in the tourist corridor. The grounds and the facilities are so clean.

The Club at Solaz continues to impress us with its combination of sleek architecture and native vegetation at the resort. The restaurants on the property are outstanding in both decor and food, but they are pricey. I used the concierge at Solaz to book a round of golf with the club discount. It was a convoluted process speaking first to the concierge and then a separate person to pay for the tee time.
