A lovely, relaxing stay at a resort that takes excellent care of its guests and has clearly designed the resort to feel elegant and elevated. We especially appreciated the little things they did to accommodate our young daughter traveling with us (18mo).

Overall a gorgeous property, great food and service. Sebastian was our concierge and was lovely. I had a massage with Bertha that was 10/10. My husband did a fishing excursion and had a blast, caught a fish and the chef at Cocina del Mar cooked it up for dinner. Room's feel spacious and have high ceilings. The only thing I felt was not up to par was the cocktails. The hotel is about 40 mins from the airport, great location.

My husband and I TRULY ENJOYED our visit to Esperanza in Los Cabos, Mexico. The facility is gorgeous! The staff offers impeccable customer service! Everyone was friendly. Our butler, Yoel, was amazing! He was very responsive and made us feel like we were his only clients. He helped us schedule our dinner reservations and navigate a few trips off site. He also helped us schedule the most amazing excursion with ATV riding and hiking to a beautiful waterfall. The entire staff acknowledged our honeymoon and wedding celebration. There was so much care and consideration in the level of service provided by the staff to the guests, inside the villas and along the facility grounds. We felt so catered to and cared for, that we were already planning our next trip before we even left! I recommend booking a villa for a non-traditional feel to your stay. The rooms were grand and very nice. The grounds staff is constantly cleaning and beautifying the yards. The cleaning staff works efficiently and our amenities were always fully restocked and ready. Overall, the entire staff displayed excellent customer service!! From the valet and butler to the restaurant employees and the poolside servers, everyone was friendly. They cared, and it truly showed! The noise levels were relatively low throughout our entire stay. It was very peaceful and relaxing! We stayed a week and had only one instance in which we experienced a bit of late night noise for 1-2 nights. The guests on the level above us were visiting for a wedding and moved around a lot at night, opening and closing doors, but the noise quieted back down after their departure.

We loved our stay. Room had a great view of the water and was spacious and comfortable. Pool areas were wonderful. Seeing the whales migrating was so special!

Our family had an incredible time at the Esperanza! We were at the resort for 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The food and drinks were phenomenal and the service was even better. Edgar took care of us while we were at the resort and he went above and beyond. Bringing in balloons for my father-in-law's birthday and for my wife as we are having a baby boy. He was so attentive to all of our needs and treated us like family. We will miss him the most!
