Wir waren über Weihnachten 2 Nächte im größten Zimmer des Hotels, dem Golden Room. Unser Eindruck vom Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist durchwachsen. Positiv: - netter Empfang - Zimmergröße war top - Fußbodenheizung ( Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden) - großes, helles Bad, große ebenerdige Dusche - sehr gutes, qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstück Negativ: - Service beim Frühstück war am ersten Morgen so gut wie gar nicht vorhanden obwohl wir zu dem Zeitpunkt die einzigen Gäste waren. Schmutziges Geschirr wurde erst auf Nachfrage abgeräumt, es wurden uns nur zu Beginn Kaffee etc. angeboten, man musste ständig nachfragen. Die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen waren damit beschäftigt sich zu unterhalten. Am zweiten Morgen war eine andere Kollegin vor Ort und der Service war besser. - Zimmerausstattung war für uns nicht wie in der Kategorie zu erwarten ist: es fehlen Wattepads, Q- Tipps, Bodylotion, Kugelschreiber, und Hotelschlappen. Letztere haben wir schmerzlich vermisst weil der Fliesenboden im Bad eiskalt war. Die Handtuchheizung wurde nur im unteren Drittel warm, wodurch es im Bad immer kalt war. Auf Nachfrage hieß es das die Heizung zentral gesteuert wird. Die Kosmetiktücher waren am ersten Tag leer und wurden bei der Zimmerreinigung nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Bademäntel sind auf Nachfrage verfügbar. - Sauberkeit im Bad war unzureichend, Schminkspiegel und Dusche waren nicht sauber, dicke Spinnweben inklusive Bewohner unten am Badfenster. - Der Fernseher ist sehr unglücklich platziert: von keinem der beiden Sofas ist fernsehen möglich, vom Bett aus auch nicht da nur minimal schwenkbar. Das Hotel hat aufgrund der Lage und der Größe der Zimmer Potential. Bei 4 Sternen erwarte ich jedoch einen besseren Service und eine bessere Ausstattung des Badezimmers. Amenities sollten von Anfang an vorhanden sein, man möchte nicht ständig wegen allem nachfragen müssen. Es gibt also noch viel Luft nach oben.
