We've been staying at this hotel for years whenever in Lucknow, which was so nice and well run when it was managed by Lebua. However, lately it has now been turned into a marriage hall. Blaring music and total disregard for guests staying there. I'm going to have to rethink where we stay when in town.

Excellent Avadhi food and atmosphere! I had never tasted food like this before. We were served by Shubham who recommended for Orange Kulfi and it was awesome . Very pleased !!

Amazing, elegant and cozy hotel. Saraca is right in the middle and very much accessible to the markets like hazratganj and all historical places. Hotel Staff was also very supportive and cordial and always had smile on their face to guide the guests. Ankit from the main desk was very supportive and was able to guide in each and every problems or issues faced. Be it your room queries, travelling plans, late check out doubts or even knowing about local markets and famous eateries. Rooms were also very cleaned and spacious. We were given an upgrade to suite by Ankit 😊 as a nice gesture 😊 the different restaurants and bar also had a large variety of cuisine and mocktails to choose from. I would definitely and highly recommend Saraca lucknow. It's an excellent value for your money well spend on your stay at Saraca Lucknow 😊

The hotel is located in a residential and wealthy area. It's a classy hotel, nicely decorated, with a good restaurant, a splendid breakfast and a professional service (a bit cold maybe). Our room was large, very comfortable (really good bedding) and quiet, the bathroom was really great. I totally recommand if you manage to get a reasonable price.

My stay at Saraca Resort was delightful. The resort is beautifully maintained with a calm, relaxing vibe all around. The staff was warm and always helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was flavorful and fresh. Overall, a perfect place to unwind with family or friends. Would love to return! A special thanks to the resort manager ankit trivedi for making our stay so smooth and comfortable. Their professionalism, friendly attitude, and quick response to any request made a huge difference. They truly know how to take care of guests!
