I have been calling the hotel twice to ask for following - one on last night which they ask me write a email for request, the hotline is not for any enquiries; second time now which is in vain. Also tried to write email and ask Trip platform to follow up, two days later still no update. Super bad customer service that I would not recommend for anyone going to this city. Do risk your experience! Very bad!

西班牙意大利之旅唯一一家四星酒店房間裏不提供牙刷和梳子，還得從前台拿，入住的時候也不提醒，我就想問地球上誰不需要刷牙洗臉。
前台的男士非常冷漠，不推薦。

酒店地理位置非常優越在市中心，距離各個景點很近，步行，網約車去哪裡都很方便，附近商業街格蘭大道，商户很多，餐廳超市很多，特別便利，工作人員會講英語，可以溝通，牙刷牙膏，刮鬍刀，洗澡拖鞋需要自備，吹風機最好自己帶，酒店的比較沉吹着一般，酒店不提供一次性飲品，因為酒店環保主義所以提供的是循環使用的玻璃瓶接的水，不過酒店外不遠有24小時超市可以買，價格不貴。如果下次來馬德里，我們還會選擇這個酒店，不過希望酒店前台可以加強服務態度如果某位員工更友善一點就更好了，其他員工都還不錯。
