酒店環境和位置都很好 前台有水和水果 工作人員有問必答 也主動詢問是否需要幫忙叫出租車 不過房間面積還是略小 靠近格蘭大道 噪音不可避免

地處最喧鬧的街區，非常吵，車笛聲、蹦迪聲，直到夜裡一點才能稍作消停，陽台門根本不敢打開。我們希望可以提前退房，酒店跟攜程互相推諉，無奈之下忍受了三天這樣的喧鬧，無法休息更無法體驗馬德里的美好。攜程在海外酒店的談判能力堪憂，以後出行還是用booking之類的大品牌才靠譜

Every thing was good and we enjoyed our stay, howecer there was an issue with the A/C of the room and it was hot.
