Always a pleasure staying here! Though at the moment, they have a construction going on by the pool area. You can still use the kiddie pool and the big pool. My son loved the big slide!
The extra single bed wasn’t very comfortable though.
The afternoon tea (2-4pm) and cocktails (5-7pm) at the club lounge is delicious and the service is excellent!
The hotel is also conveniently located beside Shangrila Plaza.

This is a VERY nice hotel. The second I walked in I felt welcomed. From the check-in process to the little cakes waiting for me in the room to the speedy check-out AND a Grab car being called for me so I could get to the airport on time ☺️. This hotel also has more amenities than I realized even after seeing what was available on line. Great food options 24/7 and a really nice breakfast buffet comes with the room. Looking forward to coming back.

Apart from a lot of traffic around the hotel, which seems to be an issue everywhere in Manila, our say was very pleasant. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Breakfast was great and a lot of different types of fruits, juice, meats local and foreign specialities are available.

We were pleasantly surprised when we were offered the access to their Horizon Lounge and use one of their meetings for our meeting with our client on complimentary basis.
