Front desk staff (one male and two females) was unwelcoming, and was lack of courtesy, when we checked in at 4:45 pm, July 13 2024.
It's obvious the staff was in lack of hospitality training.

隔音超級差!!!出差住酒店有上千次，第一次給別人差評!! 真的巨失望! ! 和同事也經常選擇亞朵，但是茂名亞朵是我覺得最失望的一家，之前也來過幾次，因為行程也都是急匆匆的沒太在意，但是這次是真的忍受不了，太吵了根本無法入睡，酒店是舊店改造的，看它樓層分佈以及設施就看得出來，衞生條件真的很一般，住12樓可以清晰的聽到樓下蹦迪k歌的聲音，甚至可以清晰的聽到一樓電動車的警報聲，隔音真的超級差!!
還説叫我好評，這種隔音環境叫我怎麼好評得來？

這是第二次住亞朵酒店，第一次是在上海電影製片廠旁邊的那家，結果是如初一撤的差，是服務差！態度差！流程差！上海那家還包括環境差！衞生差！
具體説説茂名這家吧，我們兩個家庭出遊，三個小孩一個剛剛參加完高考兩個初中生都是女孩，訂了三間房，三個小孩住一個房間，結果安排了小孩住10樓，我們兩對夫妻，住14樓兩個房間，結果每張房卡衹能到自己的樓層，我們作為父母想去10樓看看孩子都沒辦法，要求前台多給兩張10樓的房卡，得到的回答是不可以，每個入住人衹能開一張房卡，多開一張另外一張就失效，我跟前台説那我們要去看小孩怎麼辦？奇葩的回答就是要不讓我們走消防樓梯，要不讓我們到一樓大堂跟前台服務員幫忙刷卡再上10樓。我問前台這是不是不合理？她居然很不耐煩的説這是程序和系統的問題不是她的問題。
好吧，看來這些程序問題應該是客人的問題，所以我已經決定以後不會再住亞朵酒店了！

衞生：坐廁每次沖水後還是黃黃的水，不知道是什麼原因，最起碼要沖兩次以上才行。
服務：辦理入住的時候，有三位男士也進來辦理入住，三位男士各吃着一支煙，吞雲吐霧臭到不行，前台的服務員並沒有阻止這樣的形容，挺失望的。
設施：房間裏面有一張小沙發，這個不錯，有人拜訪不用坐床這麼臟。
環境：房間裏燈光不夠亮，特別是化粧鏡上面的燈，化粧根本就看不清楚。
