The location is perfect

5* experience from start to finish. The team were so attentive, the food was incredible and the views/setting were second to none. Riley was amazing, he made our visit! So attentive, warm and engaging - I’d be very proud to have him in my business! Thanks so much for a great visit.

After a disastrous journey from the lake district,Pru,Hannah and the team could not have been more caring and helpful. The offer of preparing a sandwich for our extremely late arrival was above and beyond.The welcome and service we recieved was very much appreciated. Breakfast was to die for with a great choice. Evening meal was outstanding...Riley was a great host,very personable and efficient,thank you. Room was both comfortable and peaceful.Cant wait to return. Sam and Mark Robinson.

We had a two night stay at the Godolphin in late November. Parking next to the hotel was super easy and convenient. We were shown our room and on walking in it was one of those ‘wow’ moments, the large very well appointed room, was decorated in relaxing tones and had everything you could need. Including two chairs in the bay window which framed beautifully St Michael’s Mount, sitting there with a glass of wine was one of the highlights of the stay and something that will remain with us for years to come. Breakfast was really rather special with a fantastic selection of cooked meals and also a variety of pastries, cereals etc. if I was to be critical on both days the poached eggs had solid yokes. However given the quality of everything else this was a minor issue. We ate in the restaurant on both evenings, my wife’s main courses were of good quality and really enjoyable, unfortunately for vegetarians there is very limited choice , the Thai curry with Tofu was fragrant and delicious, I had the only other meat free option the following night and it was really rather poor( ravioli). It was so bad I couldn’t eat it. I didn’t raise the matter with either the waiter or the restaurant manageress and I have to say I was incredibly impressed with how they dealt with the situation when they saw that I hadn’t eaten my meal. Like everyone we came across in our stay, they were super friendly, helpful and professional. They are all a credit to the Godolphin. Thank you for an incredible stay, we will be back next year.

This was a return 'home' for us to enjoy a quick 'fix' by the sea, to feel relaxed and chilled: the whole team at The Godolphin delivered big-time! From the arrival welcome, to the layout, cleanliness and facilities in the bedroom, the styling of the public rooms themselves, the views over Mount's Bay and St. Michael's Mount, and the quality of the food and drink (at breakfast and dinner) everything was better than faultless ... fantastic!! Even the sound of the water beneath the bedroom window !!! And, as for the most important fixture in any hotel, the staff ! : what a brilliant team ... without fail; warm, welcoming, interested, high quality ... everyone was genuinely the absolute best! So thanks to all of them .... they and their attentiveness was hugely appreciated.
