I had a very pleasant stay at Falkensteiner in Mariánské Lázně. The overall experience was excellent, especially the quality of the food. Breakfast and lunch were truly outstanding — fresh, varied, and delicious. Dinner, however, did not quite meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel and could be improved in terms of both variety and quality. The rest of the services were top-notch. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay — a real highlight of the hotel. The only downside was the approach of the in-house doctor, who lacked a personal, individualized touch in their consultations. For a wellness and spa hotel of this level, I would have expected a more tailored approach. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Falkensteiner and would recommend it to others seeking a relaxing and well-organized stay in Mariánské Lázně.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility. The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina.
We are grateful for our visit here.

We spent five wonderful days at Falkensteiner Spa Hotel Mariánské Lázně, and it was nothing short of exceptional. We were celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday, and the staff went out of their way to make it truly special. A heartfelt thank you to Miroslav at reception for his warm welcome and thoughtful assistance, to Adriana in the restaurant for her attentive and kind service, and to Daniel from the Spa, who guided us through a peaceful and enriching forest bathing experience—we're still talking about it! The hotel is elegant, spotless, and serene. The spa facilities are top-notch, the treatments are incredibly relaxing, and the food is both delicious and beautifully presented. We left feeling pampered, refreshed, and full of gratitude. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a luxurious and caring getaway.

Lets start from begining. Not really high empatic and profesionál staff at reception when check-in...no reason be honest Nice hotel with brialant atmosfere and clasic building style. Spa center nice, clean, large, well equipt with skilled staff. Room clean, high sleep comfort, cosily. Food quite OK...breakfast large and testy. BTW staff in restaurant is very kind and profesional...Clint who traveling for welness hotel with high expectation can be not sufficiant in general. Stay was OK, but I most propable never come back...

True 5-star experience from parking to spa. Great breakfast and dinner tasting menu. Good wine list also. Pools open early & late. Area around hotel gives easy access to shopping and sights. Underground parking has direct elevator access to rooms. Asked for recommendation for gift options and was referred to local florist that was excellent.

Nice little oasis in Marienbad. Service is not quite 5*, would better meet the expectations as a 4*. The pool was nice and peaceful (only a few people there). It was very clean everywhere. The Spa treatments did not meet 5* standards and were over priced for the quality. Absolutely great breakfast when it comes to food quality, but again, service was inattentive for a 5* hotel. Nice hotel, but unfortunately not worth the price.
