전체적으로 노후되고 청소도 꼼꼼히 안하시는듯 했어요. 여기저기 오염자국 거미줄..문에 구멍도 여러개 나있고..개별탕이 있는 별관에서 지냈는데 나무위에서 샤워하는데 무너질까봐 걱정되었어요. 나무가 상한듯 발바닥에 이물질이 묻어나고. 그리고 석식조식 포함하여 적지
않은 금액으로 예약했는데, 예약 당시 저녁이 가이세키로 안내되었는데 정작 가서는 뷔페여서 사기당한것 같아 매우매우 불쾌했습니다.
프론트에 한국말 하시는 분 계시고, 짐 옮겨주심 한국인 직원은 매우 친철하셨는데 다른분들은 별로 친절하다고 느껴지지 않았습니다. 저는 재방문은 안하고 싶고 추천하지 않습니다.

The hotel is located right across from the Dogo onsen. You can see Dogo Onsen from the room and private bath. The hotel guests can also access the open air bath in the adjacent Hotel Chahal. Great amenity and comfortable beds. I would highly recommend.

The whole experience was amazing. We were able to relax in our room, to feel real traditional Japan even the room was a bit modern, and to enjoy the view.
We wish the breakfast was a bit nicer and have more fresh hot food.
But overall I cannot complain and we would definitely come back.
