Lovely stay. Top rated for sights and sounds of birds. I don’t know of a hotel with more bird calls than this one. The Mountain View is always humbling, nothing better to tone down your ego. The mountain microclimate is always refreshing. Coffee station needs big help. Mbale is the home of the world class Arabica. Make us proud please.

I had the best time ever at the hotel. The room I slept in, was one I never expected, It was beautiful and very well organised. The staff at the hotel are lovely and warm welcoming. The Hotel is the best place one can stay over when on holiday in mbale and Eastern Uganda as whole. Its a lovely place. Very lovely place. I was impressed by the organisation of the staff, from the entrance to the room, these people are caring and loving.I was very impressed, Indeed its a five star Hotel.

We were a group of 12 family and friends and stayed at Mbale resort hotel for 4 nights. We were highly impressed with the high standard of the hotel and the excellent service provided by all the friendly staff. They satisfied us with all our requests and we would highly recommend this hotel in Mbale as the best hotel there. The variety of food was also excellent.

We booked this hotel In advance and requested our food order over 6 hours prior to arrival . Check in was smooth and rooms pleasant and clean . We sat down to dinner at the tea room as it was cold to sit outside we informed them that we had pre ordered dinner . We were a group of 9 no one attended to our table for an hour , eventually we had to drag the staff away from Their conversation in order to get served drinks . Another hour passed and still no food . The service was awful . Food was ok once it finally arrived almost 9 hours after our pre order . We spoke with and met Sam the next morning who was understanding and explained the lack of Communication between the two restaurants within the hotel . Sam was a pleasure to deal With . Therefore despite our experience the night before , this is a good hotel and the stay was pleasant .

After a hard day's work, spending an hour in the gym at the mbale resort gym gives a big mood. The very professional coach baker, always smiling and courteous, instills a feeling of relaxation and harmony that are the right notes to feel at ease of workouts. His welcoming and charming, hence motivated by the group exercises that are really good my thanks to him with gratitude. The gym is nice and neat.

A lovely stay here with friends. I doubt I have ever heard more birdcalls ever in a single walk. Lovely work that the Management has done with trees and shrubbery, allowing them their full expression. An eco theme for this resort would be a natural next step, with a focus on indigenous flora species. I love rooms with mountain views and I got a lovely one, Room 318. Management and customer care for the hotel is above average for Uganda. More to be done though. Food is great and shows a lot of thought. The hot water in the showers is hot hot and endless. The bath linen should be upped. Bed linen was fine. Loved this and will be happy to do this again. I must knock the hotel for not placing in the room the fine Arabica coffee that this region is known for. Who said in-room coffee must be instant?
