So far, my favorite hotel in Medellín! The attention to detail is a perfect 10/10. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with a welcome drink “wine or beer” which immediately sets the tone. The jacuzzi on the 14th floor is breathtaking, and the pool on the 15th floor left me absolutely speechless, overlooking the mountains . We stayed on the 12th floor, and the view was just amazing. And here’s the part that really impressed me, we had a 3AM flight, and an older gentleman around his 60 offered us fresh coffee at check-out. It’s the small details like that which make the difference. I’ll keep exploring other hotels in Medellín, but for now, Binn Hotel will remain my #1 choice.

Excellent, Friendly and competent service - at the front desk, and in the restaurant. Very impressed by the quality of the people who helped us get Ubers, served us in the restaurant and just were available to answer questions. Rooms were spotless and quiet. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel experience. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel BINN. The service was excellent — everyone from security to the breakfast staff and front desk was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were a real highlight, with beautiful views over the city. The gym was also clean and well-equipped, which we appreciated. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and always a great start to the day. The location was another big plus. The hotel is close to several malls, restaurants, and trendy areas, yet still in a quiet and peaceful part of the city — a perfect balance between relaxation and easy access to everything. One small suggestion: Although we were given the key information at check-in, it would be helpful to have a small info sheet in the room with opening hours for breakfast, the gym, pool, and other amenities. Especially on weekends or holidays when schedules might change, this would be a nice extra. Overall, a really enjoyable and relaxing experience. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was absolutely breathtaking! By far one of the best hotels I’ve ever lodged in. The staff was amazing. The food was amazing and the decor was stunning! I cannot wait to return.

I’m so sad to leave this hotel but I will be back soon. Everything was wonderful from the staff to the food to the rooms and the gorgeous views! This hotel was is so great and I’m looking forward to staying here again. Thank you so much for making my experience amazing.
