The hotel is in good location quite ! The breakfast is good enough not like loaded buffet but a decent breakfast! Staff are ok but I found in Medellin Colombia 🇨🇴 is many local people make a bad faces 🤣 rest is ok I don’t care I enjoyed my trip

This was my first visit to Medellin, and this hotel was exceptional for its friendly staff, cleanliness, breakfast, rooms, views, pool, and especially its decor. A special shout out to Juliana, who always had a spectacular smile, spoke perfect English, and made interactions much more pleasant. Another honorable mention goes to the breakfast crew who make sure you get a great meal.

This will be my second time staying here and it will be my #1 hotel choice when visiting Medellin. The customer service is excellent! They updated their rooftop that has amazing views of the city, a cool restaurant, and lounge where we spent most of our mornings and evenings. The hotel restaurant is also delicious. We took advantage of breakfast every morning and were very happy with the specials of the day. Daniel was our server over the weekend and he made us feel right at home. Highly recommend. Clean, great design, and quality amenities.

Good hotel and nice location in poblado 15 minutes from the metro. The room is nice and has some of the equipment to cook but the check out was awful. The check out was awful. We had done 2 separate reservation. They could not find both payments. I showed them the payments one with Amex for 1 night The other with visa. Both on my phone. Our taxi was waiting. When I said we need to go the girl at reception threatened to call the police! Finally the supervisor came. It took another couple phone calls us showing our accounts that showed the payments again until they accepted it was OK. Not even a sorry from the 1st person. This spoiled our good experience

Over all the place is very good and clean except on our room 1104 at night is very noisy from the pizza place on top floor. And also the menu at the pizza place should have a warning sign for allergies. The waiter should be able to warn us if the chosen order has nuts on it.

Nice hotel in a quiet location. Yet within walking distance to the metro, the park etc. Breakfast was great. Staff always attentive to our needs.
