This was my second stay here and it was amazing just like the first time great location is great steps away from everything the park restaurants shops the rooms are great and clean price is great and the costumer service is beyond amazing and attentive especially from the receptionist Paola she truly made the experience 10x better roof top is beautiful drinks are great and exciting all round great spot to stay

Friendly and courteous staff that speaks English. Facilities are clean. The area itself is a treasure. Plenty of places to eat.

I attended two rooftop events that felt poorly supervised. I observed people consuming unknown substances and there appeared to be no age verification at the entrance. The lack of visible staff control made me feel unsafe, so I cannot recommend these events until organizers implement clear safety and age-check measures.
