The hotel was in a great location, el poblado, and it was top notch (from the rooms, breakfast and overall service). Would definently stay here next time.

酒店位置很好，就在老外核心酒店區中心，出門就是酒吧街和吃飯的地方。房間很大，設施不是很新。酒店服務還算滿意，早餐也算豐富。

We chose this hotel solely because I’ve never seen a hammock INSIDE of a hotel room. And the view… wow. One morning we saw a flock of macaws fly right by our floor to ceiling windows. The decor in the rooms and hotel are a really nice touch, with mini exhibits on each floor. Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast, and did I mention the view? When we return to Medellin, we will be staying here again.

Contemporary four star hotel occupying the top 6 floors of a tall building in the hip Provenza area of el Poblado. Some good contemporary looks. Young and kind staff. My deluxe queen was very large and modern, with some small finishing defects. I personally hated the very gummy and thick pillows - they made my sleep less comfortable. There’s a very small gym, with equipment not very clean. Good breakfast buffet at the upper floor, with real -not boxed- orange juice being my acid test for real quality. I also tried the restaurant for dinner and have to say that food was good, at normal prices for the area.

We had the most amazing 5 days stay. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant team on H6 to the door greeters were very friendly, hospitable and accomodating. Special shout out to Denis Garces, Gustavo Ruiz & Luis Fernando for assisting with reservations, party planning and transportation throughout our stay. Thank you to Ana Maria and Claudia at the Diez Hotel Restaurant located at the Roof Top. They along with their team went above & beyond to make us feel at home and granted our every request.
