Live Aqua Urban Resort Mexico City is a fabulous oasis right in the middle of the busy city. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and assisted by the concierge, who helped us get checked in and familiar with our room features. Our room was huge, modern, and overlooked the vibrant city streets below. The bed was incredibly comfortable — paired with blackout curtains that made it easy to sleep in without realizing morning even arrived! The bathroom felt like another suite on its own, with a separate tub and shower, double sinks, a TV, and a lounge area to unwind. The amenities were top-notch. The gym is fully equipped with everything anyone could need. I didn’t get the chance to try the spa, but the extensive treatment menu made it look like a perfect place to relax during a future visit. Dining was another highlight — delicious food, attentive service, and a cool open-kitchen concept where you can watch chefs prepare your meal. The bar also served excellent drinks. Conveniently connected to a mall next door, we enjoyed browsing great shops, restaurants, and even had the option of catching a movie. Overall, our experience was flawless from start to finish. A truly superior stay — we will definitely be returning!

The front desk team, especially the wonderful ladies who checked me in, were attentive and welcoming, setting the tone for a seamless luxury stay. A special thank you goes to Paola Hinojosa, whose kindness and attention to detail truly elevated my experience—she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was unforgettable. Dining at Carnivore was another highlight, where Axel’s attentive service made every meal feel personalized and memorable. Live Aqua combines modern elegance, world-class service, and thoughtful touches that capture the true essence of luxury in Mexico City. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel offers the perfect mix of sophistication, comfort, and hospitality. I cannot recommend it highly enough! #aqualover

This is a beautiful hotel. As a frequent traveler with high standards, I was impressed with the attentiveness of the staff, and the thoughtful and fun extra touches that set this hotel apart. Live Aqua understands the assignment -- luxury can be fun! Evening Mezcal shots, lovely hallway sitting areas, a selection of albums with a record player on every floor, even a signature rubber ducky in the bathtub! There is something special about turndown service. And the bed -- I slept like a rock every night. I was greeted by name at every turn and felt like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. I can't wait to come back whether for business or vacation getaway. This is the place.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff even better. Well appointed rooms. Clean. Great price. Located next to mall with excellent restaurants. Wonderful concierge services - used each day of our stay, and enjoyed all of their recommendations. Would absolutely return.

It was an amazing experienced i hoped to feel relaxed and rejuvenated at the end and that is exactly how i was and more, Diana and Araceli where exceptional, and the rest of the staff makes you feel so wholesome and relaxed. Overall amazing experience would recommend for a gift an anniversary or just any other day .
