Having stayed at various hotels in Miami / South Beach, I consider Setai the best ! Incredible accommodation, lovely setting, great choice of multiple restaurants on site. Most importantly extremely hospitable staff at every level. From the door man, all the way to the General Manager. After this stay, I would not consider staying anywhere else in Miami

The Setai never disappoints. This resort is incredible and has so many amazing amenities. The restaurants are all amazing and the staff really goes above and beyond to ensure you have a memorable experience. The location and the beach setup is fabulous. We love this hotel and would highly recommend it!!

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend at the Setai in Miami Beach. From the moment we arrived Omar greeted us and the front staff promptly had our room available! From that moment on the staff was exceptional! They made us feel at home and comfortable at all times. We had a couple issues with the room they quickly addressed it and fix the problem quickly. They offer so many great little perks along the way. I was also very impressed with the beach and pool service! Truly an outstanding five star experience!

Juan was an amazing server who made my cousin’s birthday extra special! Everything was from the drinks to the food was delivered promptly and accurately. We can’t wait to come back
