Faena Hotel Miami Beach

We’ve just returned from a stay at the Faena and I can honestly say it’s one of the best hotels we’ve ever visited. The service is second to none – every member of staff is genuinely attentive and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was absolutely beautiful – spacious, stylish and extremely comfortable. The attention to detail is impeccable and it really does feel like a proper five-star experience. The gym is a good size with everything you’d need, and the spa is lovely – calm, spotless and very relaxing. Small touches make a big difference too – having a proper coffee machine in the room was a real bonus (hard to come by in America!). Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish – we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

My husband and I had an amazing night at the Carmen show! The performance was passionate, beautifully choreographed, and visually stunning. The cast was incredibly talented, and the entire production was top-notch. The Faena Theater is a beautiful venue with a fantastic atmosphere. A special thanks to our server, Rodolfo—he was attentive, friendly. Highly recommend this unforgettable experience!

I had such a beautiful experience during my stay. My son Burak greeted&took care of us. I am calling this gentleman “son”cause he made himself loved by us, I think there should be a service called for an extra charge “taking care by b” from beginning of our stay till the end; he took care of our every single request, we even had two professional performers in our room, room decorated by our butler. When we visited Los Fuegos, my steak was overcooked however they have responded quickly by serving another one. And I told about this to my butler and he asked me to order again the day after from room service, such a nice move and he matched wine for us with the steak. I asked my pants to be tailored, gave it to my butler and Maythee handled greatly it was delivered to me promptly. I asked transfer to be arranged for my friend Burak arranged it in less than an hour when he was not in the hotel. Again, we are really impressed by the dedication and quality of service of this hotel. Thank you Omar from front office Los fuegos, Pool&beach, housekeeping, room service and the butler team for your dedication and hard work, I can’t wait to come back!

I took my husband, my cousin and her friend to “Retro” show at Faena Theater and it was absolutely wonderful! The music selection was pristine and the acts were top notch!! My husband and I are Miami locals but my cousin & her friend are from out of state. The show was highly entertaining for all of us and we cannot wait to attend another one! It’s a great way to spend your evening then go home (safe for families) or great way to start an evening out! The first time I saw a show produced by Quixotic Fusion was the “Whiskey Dynamite” traveling show. It was on another level!! As a performer myself, I find their shows to be incredibly inspiring!!
