The service provided by the hotel was great. Location was decent and close by to the metro which takes you to downtown / Brickell.

The location ís perfect to discover Miami downtown. Public trasportation is too near the hotel. Go to bayside market took me 30 minute by walking.
I just hated the hotel services, the day check out, just 8am they knoked my room for asking check out time
After that, around 10h30 am, they knocked my room again. What's the heck they did with customer. I migh they coul be gently.

Hilton Downtown cries for an upgrade from the gym, pool, and room the vibe is terrible. Waited for 8h for service to attend clogged toilet. Also despite our best efforts to explain the flight cancellation that was beyond our control and resulted in us missing on the first of paid stay the staff showed no compassion or offered anything complementary to somewhat sooth our financial loss. Just a cheap overnight stay for those going on a cruise.

Decent Stay, but Lacking the Hilton Touch
We arrived in Miami around 7 PM and headed straight to check-in. The lady at reception greeted us with minimal hospitality—no smile, no warmth—just a routine check-in. While she did her job efficiently, a simple welcoming gesture would have made a difference, especially at a Hilton, where a bit of warmth is generally expected.
Our room was underwhelming—fairly compact for two adults and two 13-year olds with four pieces of luggage, making the space feel cramped. The biggest disappointment was the lingering smell of smoke in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Exhausted after a 14-hour flight, we opted not to complain and just settled in for the night.
On the plus side, the location is convenient, with plenty of nearby attractions and dining options. The area gives off an old-money, relaxed vibe, which we appreciated. We stayed for two nights before our cruise to the Caribbean, and while the experience wasn’t terrible, it didn’t leave a lasting impression.
Would I stay here again? Probably not—not because it was a bad experience, but because I’d prefer to explore other hotels that might offer better value for the price and better hospitality.
PS. We didn't use cleaning service as we were only staying for 2 nights. But the cleaning lady, slightly older and only speak Spanish, was just the sweetest, and offer us extra bottle of waters.

There really isn't anything special about the hotel, the location is great; however, 49$ a day to park, and although nice to have a restaurant inside the hotel, the food was not that good and very pricey, a skirt steak w/fries and water with tip & tax was 46.00 The restaurant was sparce not even table cloths, was diner looking, don't mind paying money for good food, but don't plan to eat here.

Completely adequate hotel for a short business trip. Not for holiday travel. The worst part is that the lobby scent smells like Axe Body spray. So weird and gross. Please get a new smell. I wouldn’t stay here again but I’m not completely unhappy with my stay. Oh, cleaning service never came but they leave enough towels that it was necessary.
