Great stay, great service. Breakfast is quite decent too abd included as part of the room price. If they included a kettle on the room then that would have been great. Communication with the housekeeper is difficult though as they dont really speak English.

My room was very spacious bcs it was wheelchair accessible. Room is clean, well cooled. Equipped with adjustable AC. Check in to check out process was great. Very friendly agent Pedro was calm and courteous. Location is favourable for my asylum office interview on 1501 Biscayne. Service and room checks all five stars!

A handful of food options within walking distance. Within a 20-minute driving radius, you have South Beach and Little Havana. Breakfast options not that great. Room comfort is pretty good except that the doors closing noise is pretty bad. How hard is it to make the doors soft closing??

Overall the hotel is quite good. New and clean. Breakfast can use some work as it has very little options. Service is also ok. Nice pool table and place to sit and chat.
