三年沒寫差評了，破例一次。
服務：給一星是一樓知客大叔確實辛苦。從進入酒店到離店，沒有一個灰色制服的工作人員主動打招呼。
在兩位客人，電梯到達正要出電梯門的情況下，居然一位女員工直接沖入電梯。先出後入，基本禮儀好吧！
設施：總高26層的酒店，大堂設在23層?一樓連個接待人員都看不見，連一張椅子都沒有!默認客人喜歡亞洲蹲?
環境：酒店入口右手邊空置的毛坯商鋪直接裸露，整個停車場找不到一個明顯的引導標識!
果斷取消30號的入住訂單，最差入住體驗，沒有之一!

房間很新，設備也很好，但是設備總出現故障，晚上電視沒網絡了，早上空調又不工作了！工作人員過了近一個小時才來房間維修！並且房間的掃碼購買商品，一瓶啤酒一整晚沒有送來不説，第二天退房的時候，讓酒店退啤酒錢，12塊錢，23號到今天25號了，還沒有退到！！！説是有工作人員會和我聯繫，核實訂單情況，在酒店前台已經給工作人員看過了，難道前台不是酒店工作人員嗎？他看了還不行，還得有專人看？就算需要專人看，已經三天了，誰和我聯繫了？這次行程住了三家酒店，喜來登和江油的酒店給孩子都送了早餐，你們不送也就算了，這不強求，但是退房的時候，收98塊錢早餐錢快的很，退12塊錢啤酒錢三天沒退到！這不是錢不錢的問題，酒店硬件很不錯，但是服務和工作效率真的是太讓人窩火了！

感受非常之差，首先進停車場，動向設計有問題，車子到處亂停亂放，沒人管，第二，餐廳餐食也是，完全吃不飽，也難吃，第三，晚上人員完全不夠，送個東西送不上來，機器人也是要等一個小時，晚上1.2點，旁邊客房沒關門，門一直叫，打了幾個電話給前台，説衹有一個人，客房部的在忙，又是一個多小時，才有人去關

這個五星真的很有國營味道，先是親子房裡剛入住就一地的煙灰，抽完的煙頭還在垃圾桶沒清理，然後下午茶的大堂吧服務員蠻橫無理，説衹能提供咖啡不能換其他熱飲，要靠吵架才能換成熱茶，入坐後聽這服務員不停的砸冰。

服務很差連停車報車牌給他們了最後還是要收費！而且和他們前台協商後説是系統壞了！要把停車費推給我！最後兩三天還沒動靜最後等我們5天四川的行程完了回泉州都沒動靜到了我們回來兩三天還發去問才説吧收款碼打給他！其實不是停車費的問題而是服務態度的問題！很差勁
