This hotel is so beautiful and peaceful. We really enjoyed everything during our stay. The food was also very delicious. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

庭院那裡比較有特色，設施不算舊。但是，服務很不好，早餐很一般，蒼蠅在盤子上，天上到處都是，邊吃還邊在身邊飛，米線裏面衹有一坨牛肉，讓加點臊子，説要加錢。最後雖然沒有給錢，但體驗很不好。餐廳衞生堪憂。給服務員説蒼蠅，服務員回答“飛起的正常，掉碗裏責任就大了”。可是你看我拍的碗裏

訂了兩間房，一間親子房一間雙床房，體驗都非常不好，感覺員工培訓欠缺，服務態度敷衍，一直用“忙”當藉口來應付客人，前台服務員連幫客人拍張全家福都直接拒絕。房間裏沒有垃圾桶，還得跟管家發微信討要，管家説本來應該有的。估計客房保潔也是很忙，就減少配置，少幹活不就沒那麼忙了嘛!客户體驗是什麼?不關心無所謂吧!環境説是挨着仙海，其實就在鄉下，湖邊修了很多民居，看上去亂糟糟，整體很村。大堂裏很多小孩子玩沙子，弄得地上到處都是，老年人踩上去説不定會滑一跤。號稱“無煙酒店”，但大堂還有幾個年輕女孩子旁若無人地抽煙。茶室裏打麻將、打撲克，嗑瓜子嗑得到處是瓜子殼。這樣的環境辜負了“禪驛”這個品牌，比樂山的“禪驛”差太遠了。

專門退了喜來登來的禪驛，就是因為之前對其他家禪驛的良好印象，但是這家確實掉水準。
衞生：這是最失望的地方，卡卡角角真的很多灰，還有死掉的蚊蟲沒有打掃到。不是故意放大鏡找茬，是真的用的時候摸到了，包括床頭面板、洗漱隔斷上的灰，一摸一個手印。
服務：沒有主動服務意識，見到的所有服務人員，路上碰面的、餐廳的，都沒有問好或者點頭示意，員工應該都是當地的叔叔阿姨，比較隨意，早餐到得比較早，員工也有三三兩兩在用餐，有點搞不清楚是應該是按民宿標準，還是酒店標準定義了。但是因為自己的原因重複定了一間房，跟酒店協商很爽快的同意無責取消了，這點表示感謝。
設施：已經很多年沒有見到二合一的洗護髮用品了，真的很撇，不知道為什麼瓶子上是長虹國際酒店，甚至不如前一天晚上江油200多塊的酒店標準。洗澡洗着洗着突然水斷了，重新開水又來了，不知道發生了啥。吹風機吹一會兒把手就會很燙，有一間房忘記了放吹風，因為太晚了沒找前台直接吹風共享了。被子太厚，空調聲音又太大，再加上外面知了的叫聲，完全沒睡好。
歡迎水果:梨子、蜜橘、蘋果。蘋果有壞點，可以多檢查一下。
早餐：基本品類都還是有，豆漿是甜的然後有股怪味道，牛奶的桶把手太燙，非常不好接，小朋友接不了。標誌不大清晰，餐廳位置比較難找。
體驗項目:沒有預約就沒有體驗了，體驗場所好像也沒看到有組織。
園景雙床房有裝修殘存味道，園景系列床確實衹能關窗簾不然沒有私隱，也是因為這個原因通風不好吧。

住的應該是這酒店最差的房間了，房間沒陽台，窗户不敢開窗，不僅對着過道，還對着户外的泡池，晚上有小朋友耍水，很吵孩子也睡不着。。。這設計就有問題
套餐裏面的餐食和訂單頁面不一樣，提前和管家對了，沒有的菜換同等的，但是數量不要少，去餐廳發現直接少了幾個菜，問餐廳的説其他人都這樣，他們現在沒有這些，單方面直接減少菜品，我要求沒有的更換不能直接不上，最後還是按照原來的菜品上了，説明根本不是沒有，就是不想做，整個過程給管家反饋，就回了個去了解下，沒有一句抱歉。
早餐也是菜品很少，收餐前提前半小時去的，真沒什麼吃的了，完全沒有菜補上來。
住了幾個禪驛，這個算差的，比南充那個世外桃源服務差多了。室內的那個海洋池也是，直接就是木地板，建議還是海綿墊鋪一下。
不過有一説一，餐很好吃，味道不錯，還有駐場的很不錯，還有就是充電樁很多，電車很友好。

湖景的房子很舒服，可以拍照出片的地方很多，這些都不是驚喜，八段錦跟學了，歡喜抄經也參加了，靜聞纂香也體驗了，酒店打7分，熙熙老師的體驗課3分，放棄希爾頓入住這是明智的

地址跟到導航很輕鬆就能找到的哈。環境設計是真在審美點兒上，滿滿意境，也出片。房間裏配置很全，而且乾濕分離，這點真的很棒，服務也很有耐心。環境安靜清幽，喜歡清凈的盆友可以多來，這次是帶父母出行時間也比較匆忙，就沒有去體驗更多項目了留個念想。
