2nd time to onsen hotel. Each room is different in size and onsen configuration. Outdoor private onsens also highly recommended!

Just a perfect Osen Ryokan. Everything one expects from a high end Ryokan.
Great villa, great onsen facilities both within and outside the villa. The cave onsen was unique and simply fantastic.
Our English speaking host Firn was so friendly, helpful and attentive. She was very impressive indeed.

月洸樹真的太棒太棒了！無論在接待，用膳，地理位置，房間樣式⋯⋯統統滿分！沒有存在相片與事實不符的情況！反而是相片內看不到的房內及在房看出去的景色，去到更令人驚喜！已溫泉酒店而言，毛巾非常鬆軟又吸水，非常好用！可以在房內用膳，非常貼心又快樂！呢個房間內有室內及戶外溫泉！弓張這個房間實在太棒了

房間很舒適，床附近有地暖，服務很周到，小鎮很漂亮，庭院夜裡會亮燈適合拍照，兩個温泉洞窟約哪個時間都可以。山頂的要約清晨或是黃昏更漂亮。

服務的差評是給代理公司和攜程客服的，後來攜程客服給我誠墾的道歉了。最好自己官網訂，代理公司太差勁了。酒店的服務是優秀的。酒店在黑川温泉，我是自由行沒自駕，交通不便，沒有火車，衹有bus 一天衹三班．黑川温泉巴士站是無人站無衞生間無出租無任何商業。基於對祕境温泉交通不便的一些常識，頭天我讓攜程客服預約接站，告之無接站服務很近自己走過去，當時我就覺得不對蘋果導航有20分鐘路程結果到站果然傻眼，自己聯繫酒店，前台英語不好問我名來自哪裡馬上就知道了派車來接我，到了司機鞠躬跟我道歉、開車5、6分鐘到酒店，全上坡沒標識．辦入住時酒店人員説想問我如何到酒店但代理公司是座機無人接．酒店從來都有接送站服務。月洸樹酒店幾乎是完美的，衹有8間房，每間都非常棒，設施備品極其用心，品質優良。每間都是室內室外兩個温泉，温泉水質極好真的美膚水，餐食是頂級的，非常享受。另外酒店大可不必找會中文的工作人員，日本員工在禮節態度上強多了，更加熱情，用翻譯軟件足夠了，比劃一下都行的，主要來日本就是喜歡那份熱誠和不打折扣的服務。總之月洸樹非常值得一試，會再來，黑川温泉水質名不虛傳，這裏還有竹笛等優質酒店，豐儉由人，都相當不錯，衹是太冷清了，交通又不方便，沒有便利店咖啡店，衹有兩三家餐廳，想多待幾天多住幾間酒店中午退房後都不知去哪裡消磨時間。

記得見過一個評語說‘’除了價格高了些，其他都非常好‘’。果真如此。這家只有八個套間（或說成是內附溫泉的villa吧），各個villa各自有自己的名字，並各有特色。我们這次住的是叫‘’弓張‘’。房間超大，古色古香的裝修，一塵不染超乾淨。隱私度極高，自己的套間內有飯廳連碳燒位置（可選擇在此享用高級的日式料理），有澡浴溫泉，附超大有岩石造型的室外溫泉（平常只會在旅遊節目里看到的那種），有室內泡腳的小溫泉（聽說只有其中三套有此設施），另外還有兩個在外面公眾區域但每戶預約屬於私人時段且別有特色的溫泉。酒店還特意配對了會說中文的服務員，服務很好。這次的入住是highlight of the trip!
