There was a misleading info about shuttle bus from train station to hotel, because the hotel does not provide then. Anyhow, the view from the hotel was superb! The room was clean and the staff was helpful. I like that the hotel is environmentally friendly.

Amazing stay. View of Mt Fuji from the room was absolutely stunning. The breakfast had an excellent view overlooking mount fuji with a latge variety of options from western to japanese styled, including some delicacies from the local region. Room was super clean and staff were helpful when I needed assistance. Only thing that was slightly bothering was the frequency of shuttle bus to surrounding areas, it was usually once per hour which meant quite some time was spent on transport, although you could also opt for a taxi which was ard 1000yen to nearby bus stops.

We had a great stay. Loved the onsen that was included in our stay, absolute plus! And the free entry to Fuji Q Highland is a nice extra as well. You just have to pay separately for the rides. There is a daily shuttle bus driving around the Kawaguchi area. Staying here will make sure you won’t have to worry about public transportation at all. The bus stop is right next door. Across the street you’ll find multiple restaurants and a huge Don Quijote as well.

環境蠻好的，衹是靠在樂園那邊，要是靠在富士山那邊就完美了直接房間就能看到富士山了，不過早餐在四樓也能看到富士山🗻，不會日語英語也沒問題，那邊也有中國服務員，到了行李會直接幫忙拿到酒店房間，自己再出去玩。很滿意！

Overall is good. Hotel is clean. Room size is good. Fujiyama onsen and fuji q are also very good.
I feel the staff service mind in dinner meal (fujiyama terrace) is not quite good. On the first day, he asked me to sit at the innermost table even though the restaurant was almost empty, and he didn’t allow me to change tables. He also said, “You have 90 minutes to dine.” There are not much guests in the restaurant during my meal time. Food is average and may not worth the price.

I stayed at Highland Resort Hotel & Spa and had an amazing experience! My room came with a stunning Mount Fuji view — it honestly felt like a dream waking up to that sight every morning. 🌄
The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the onsen was super relaxing after a long day. The breakfast buffet had so many delicious options too!
The location is perfect — just beside Fuji-Q Highland and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Everything about this hotel made my stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely come back again! ❤️
